CS5.5 does not require a login so there must be something else requiring that from you. Maybe it is your system security requiring you to login to allow the installation.

If you mean a normal screen shot, it is on the clipboard, as if you had done a COPY. Like a copy, you don't get told anything, but you can now paste into Word or whatever (BUT NOT into Adobe Reader).
