You cannot edit nor export a single field. Settings in the Program Monitor are just for viewing.If you open the Preview Area in the Project Window you can check the fields.

失礼しました。勘違いしていました。固定は確かにスマホでは使えませんでした。 スクロール効果の設定でヘッダーメニューは固定できます。ヘッダーを全て選択して、画像のように数字をゼロに設定してください。 ヘッダーのアセットは全て一番上のレイヤーに置けば固定されているように見えると思います。
