After a well written E-mail to Coroporate Support Feedback, I DID get an E-mail from Adobe and surprisingly, a phone call. They even called a 2nd time. However, they refused to fix the errors, then I asked them if I could try updates before they left. Well, they did seem to initialize this time so I said bye. After they finished, failed to initialize. Then the 2nd E-mail and call was that I can manually install every update that applied to me and some were difficult to decipher if I needed them or not. I was NOT satisfied one iota!
I took to doing yet my 5th?? System Image Recovery and started AGAIN. I read up on some more obscure things that were hard to find but made this little checklist and tackled things a new way... (drum roll please...)

As of February 28th, I successfully initiated my new plan and installed CS5.5, manually updated application manager, and successfully installed all updates. AND everything is working! Of course between the first time I bought it and now, I see they closed down some of the extra perks I used to use all the time when making web pages but what can I do?
The bad part? It messed up a bunch of Windows issues! But I investigated and tackled them 1 by 1 and got it done!
I have now made a successfully System Image on 2 external Hard Drives and planning to do the same on 2 more. I have NO intentions of anything going wrong and going through this nightmare again! If I had 13 external hard drives, I would make a baker's dozen of System Images..."just in case"! LOL
But thanks for at least rooting for me, that in itself was worth a lot to me! And in a way, I think it made me MORE determined to get it done! I can now say, "I am smarter than a 5th grader...and a programmer...and an engineer..."
