Creative Cloudを購入しましたが、起動できません
12月にCreative Cloudを購入し、支払いも完了しているのですが、起動できません。 デスクトップのアイコンは反応せず、スタートボタンから各アプリケーションを起動しようとしても、Application Managerを取得というボックスが表示され、ダウンロードを試みましたがうまくいきません。 こういった場合はどのようにすればいいでしょうか。お教えください。
