Probably not in an automated way in pse 10.
You probably know this but you can use Image>Transform>Free Transform on individual layers in your documents, but only one image at a time in pse 10.
If these documents are one of a kind or hard to make, i would suggest not overwriting the original, but saving to a separate folder until your sure you got it right, then you can delete the originals.
