Creative cloud says my subscription will expire soon and that there is no payment method associated with my account

I get this message now when I try to run any of my apps

I got my subscription from amazon which I think might be causing the issue. And I am running it on my pc with windows 8.1. I started my 12-month subscription november 22, 2014 and have successfully paid two months bills but now this started popping up. Everywhere I check everything seems to be in order. All my accounts are linked and I cannot find anywhere that my subscription is ending anytime soon (everywhere says nov 22, 2015) but this notification keeps coming up. I have logged out, uninstalled, re-installed, and updated everything but nothing worked. I am not using trial versions either (the only similar problems I could find solutions for were for users having trial versions expire even though they are paying).
