Just an Add On to my post numbered 1 in this thread....
Posting so that you will find this information if you get back to this thread before I do...
1. After you double click the PRE13 Folder to open it, do you scroll through the contents and find the setup.exe file?
2. If you do, if you have not already, right click the setup.exe, select and apply Run As Administrator. Then double
click that file to open it to begin the installation.
