Searching this "forum" points only to kb405819 -- which is obsolete as the fine folks here seem to have partially updated their website.
Where the heck to I get the "online form" to request a 'crossgrade'?? (Arggh.)
Specifically, this bit is now non working:
- Under Get Support, click Orders & Returns.
- From the Choose Issue Type menu, choose Product Exchange or Swap.
- Click Proceed to Online Form.
- In the Submit a Request page, follow the onscreen instructions.
- Click Review Case & Submit.
You can expect a response within one to two business days.
