Your examples will not change 100% of the photo as part of the filter border is still ON the photo, especially the radial example. As I said previously though, I can't see a reason to do this anyway!
You can drag both the radial and graduated filter completely off the photo. These examples show the photos adjusted with about -2.5 exposure. You just have to zoom the photo so it is very small in the display. this was 1:16 for demo purposes.
