Hi Gavin, you should be able to produce that in InDesign, how is the mural produced? Will it be printed by a large format printer and then pasted on the walls? In that case you should be able to produce a finished Art PDF and provide that to the printer. Talk to them about what scale they'd want you to design the mural at though, quite often large format printers would want 1:10 scale. Also ask them what resolution the images would need to be, and what PDF export settings to use. Often they can tell you exactly what settings to you in InDesign or Illustrator.
