Please get an introductory explanation for the audio effects mentioned in the following Premiere Elements Effects Reference.

In the introductory contents, click on show all, and the click on audio effects. Then scroll through the audio effects descriptions.

 

Please let me know how that turns out.

 

It is the effect that will define what is done as per its description. You will not be doing any deletion. Again, this is not Premiere Pro which

would have the feature described in the link supplied to demonstrate what is not available in Premiere Elements. Did you take a look at

Audacity yet?
