If you subscribe to one of their models where you pay a monthly fee but never own the software, then you are entitled to three installations regardless of platform.
You can get the Photography Pack ( Photoshop and Lightroom) for #10 a month, or you can subscribe to Photoshop CC/CC2014 for $29.99. The moment you stop the payments, your software ceases to work.
