We have a few customers that have pointed out that they can no longer edit PDF forms. These forms had been previously created in LiveCycle Designer which was included in the previous version of Acrobat Pro. We have a full ETLA agreement and I noticed on the FAQ page that a "free" upgrade to LiveCycle is available for customers who upgraded from X to XI. We are using a device-based distribution method that uses one key so how do we go about getting our customers LiveCycle Designer?
