What adobe does best is with design, if someone looks to have a good development tool they should look at phpstorm, sublime text, eclipse, zend studio or net beans. Lets build on something that adobe is good at which is more design centric application. If u r a developer n using dreamweaver then u r not a serious developer. Sorry for that comment if it hurts but its true.
