Wow. Exact same thing happened to my company. We signed up with creative cloud when because we had used Adobe products for literally decades (Pagemaker) and we were a big fan of the company.
We closed down part of our business at the end of 2014 and I was surprised to see charges ($54.74) still hitting our business visa. I looked at our Adobe email account (including spam accounts) and don't see any record of Adobe sending a notice that they were renewing our account for 12 months and increasing the price from $32 to $54 dollars a month.
I chatted with an Adobe CSR and was told that I would have to pay an ETF of $250 to cancel the account!!!!
I understand that Adobe has to make money for their software, but this really doesn't feel right. As someone pointed out earlier in the thread, Microsoft does a really good job of notifying you when they are going to renew your xBox Live account.
This feels shady and has left me with a really bad taste in my mouth about Adobe and their Creative Cloud service.
