Huge problems in CC on brand new top of the line Macbook Pro

I've had a top spec macbook pro for about 5 months now and am having constant problems with CC, namely Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

I can't find any specific cause for the problems, it just seems to happen randomly but will definitely always happen.

Dreamweaver

After being open for a short time, if i click file > open or command + O the file menu item will flash as though it's opening a finder window but nothing will happen. Once this starts happening i can't use anything to do with the finder in dreamweaver (ie. clicking an image in design mode and then going to replace it with another image) ... i can still use my files on the right hand file browser but that's not always what i need. Restarting dreamweaver fixes the problem.

Photoshop

Similar issue, command + o or file > open simply brings up a photoshop error saying an unknown error has occured, again it will work fine for a short time and then start happening, i then need to restart photoshop

Illustrator

Same deal, the 'place' command will stop working (stop bringing up finder to place a file), restarting illustrator fixes the issue.

I use these programs every day all day and this is driving me insane, i've already spoken with apple and adobe, lots was tried, the end result was creating a whole new admin account on my mac and reinstalling all programs/settings etc which was a nightmare but if it fixed the issue i was willing to do it, it did fix it for about 2 weeks but now it's back.

PLEASE HELP! Have i got a dud machine or is this an adobe issue, what should i do, i can't work like this.
