Prelude doesn't recognize drive but Premiere does?

Hello,

I'm trying to ingest files in Prelude but the program will not recognize the drive (OWC, 8TB, RAID 0, thunderbolt).

I find this odd as Premiere recognizes the drive.

I tried our back up drive with is the same make and model, the only difference is that it is RAID 1 - and both Prelude and Premiere read the drive.
