Shortcut(s) to "Reset to Initial Visibility"

In Adobe Reader XI, I'm looking for a shortcut or series of keystrokes (not point and clicks) that perform the following function: "Reset to Initial Visibility" the Layers that I've chosen to display in a PDF. The best I can come up with is:

1) Ctrl + Shift + F5;

2) Tab;

3) Enter;

4) R.

However, this series of keystrokes works only when I already have Layers selected among the Navigation panes. Is there a more universal set of keystrokes that always opens / focuses the application on the Layers Navigation pane?  Thanks.
