I've checked your account, and it looks like you've signed up for ExportPDF. That service doesn't allow you to convert to PowerPoint (but Adobe PDF Pack does).
That said, it sounds like you're still having trouble logging on to your subscription. Please clear the browser cache and then log back in to https://cloud.acrobat.com. Make sure that you're using a supported web browser, as listed in this document: System requirements | Acrobat.com
