To edit that file directly, you'd need to open it in Photoshop.
After that, for anyone to tell you exactly what to do, they would have to gain an understanding of the file's contents; whether there are live text layers, etc.
If you have Photoshop, open the file there and take a screenshot of the image with the Layers panel in view.
