Donald Stevens: I'm finding system conflicts with Creative Cloud and have a previous version of Photoshop that works fine. Please cancel my Creative Cloud Plan.

Prabhudev: I check and see that you have subscribed to Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) on Dec 21, 2014.

Prabhudev: If you are willing to continue the subscription and complete the annual commitment I can offer you 1 month free subscription and you will not be charged for the next month.

Donald Stevens: I don't wish to continue my plan, please cancel.

Prabhudev: I see that you've purchased a subscription with an annual commitment. Since you wish to cancel the subscription before the end of one year period, you will be billed 50% of your monthly rate for the remaining months in your annual commitment.

Prabhudev: If you cancel the subscription now you will have to pay the early cancellation fees of US $45

Donald Stevens: I understand that, please cancel and charge me $45.

Prabhudev: We are sorry to see you go. But before I go ahead and cancel your membership, may I ask if you would be willing to continue your annual membership if I can get you two free months of your annual Creative Cloud membership? Is this something that you would be interested in?

Donald Stevens: No, I am not interested in continuing, please cancel my plan.

Prabhudev: Before I go ahead and cancel your subscription, Would you be willing to continue your membership with an annual commitment if I can offer you the next three months of your membership for free?

Donald Stevens: I will not continue my plan under any circumstances. Quit delaying this transaction and cancel my plan NOW!
