I am patent the monthly fee for Creative Cloud under the Mail address borchsen@mac.com. I cannot find anything under my account. Hos do I find my activation key ?

There is no CC registered to the Email ID of forum, please confirm if there is any other CC so that I check the number of activations.
However you can deactivate & activate it again if it is under your ID.
The app shall work as desktop app for 90 days without any internet.
