You have to do all your styles inside InDesign alone. You can't import Excel styles correctly, even with Word files I would not recommend to do so.
But you use a GREP style inside a paragraph style. First you have to create a character style for the bold text style (texto negrito)
Then you can define the GREP style in the paragraph style like \u\u+
To stop breaking an add you have to work with the keep options in the paragraph style. What do you mean with the space between? If you keep an add together and it is moved therefore to the next page, you will get white space, but what to you mean exactly? Can you provide us with a screen shot?
