LOL Kglad! That is the FIRST page I went to...if it had helped, I would never have made this page. And as you can see, I went way over and beyond that page, still trying to figure this out. I literally made myself sick, being up 3-4 days in a row, from the time I got up, until I went to bed very late to solve this bleeping problem!!! Needless to say I went ahead and dropped my 2 online classes that started on the 9th.

And the thing of it is, is the first time I bought it, the same kind of thing, so it's nothing to do with the computer! It's Adobe selling software for $2,500 and not making sure it's architecture is setup to work flawlessly on a Windows OS!!! I have NEVER and I DO mean NEVER had a software program so ******* expensive and so ******** glitchy.

Sandeep from Adobe E-mailed me a day or so ago; guess they read my feeback to the coporate feedback page. But a LOT of help he was. Guess what he said? Call us, or go online and open a chat. Guess what I said? I have to lie to get through the system. IF I put what I want in the choices, it will block me (BOTH phone and online chat). Think he wrote back? Think he gave me a reference number?

LOOK:

FIRST thing I did was the Code 6.7 Error,

then there's a page I found that talked about setting the spooler permissions and something else.

Then there was a page that said to jump on one leg and rub my head...GET IT? I did everything I found so far.

I NEED HELP and I need NEW help.

I am about to throw this computer and software through Adobe's window!
