When I produce a Blu Ray disk using Premier and Encore, Premier creates a separate H.264 (.m4v) and .wav file, which Encore turns into an .iso file from which i make the Blu Ray disk. I maximize all the settings in Premier such as maximum and target bitrates and I check render at maxumum depth, and the other one. I have found that I can put over six, probably seven hours onto a dual layer (50GB) Blu Ray disk. This makes me wonder and so i ask this question. Is Premier/Encore producing a blu ray disk at the maximum quality of the current blu ray standard, ie, maximum bitrate and color depth ?
