Thanks Shooter! Here's my sequence settings, in the first 2 pictures below; however, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "we need to know what your source footage is". Does that mean you wanted to see the info about the footage in the metadata tab? I'm showing you a picture of that at the bottom.
Also, my project has been edited over and over again because my software has crashed, and premiere recommends saving it under that name to protect it somehow.
