I've Reached the breaking point with Crash Player

Deep breath, it doesn't help to fly off the handle.

For at least the last year, I have been fighting a losing battle with Crash Player and Google. Crash crashes constantly. CONSTANTLY! Every day at least three or four times, sometimes -- like today -- dozens of time. It renders my computer useless when it comes to the internet, and it slows off-line uses to a crawl. If someone can't offer me some sort of solution to this problem, I will have no choice but to drop Google Chrome as my browser and go with IE. IE may be a resource hog, but how can that be worse than what's happening with Chrome/Crash? At least it's stable.

I do the about://plugin three or four times a week to ensure that there aren't two conflicting versions of Crash running. That's not the problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, doing a system restore, and I clean my cache daily. I have bought new computers. Sometimes, Crash will play nice for a few hours, and like a pauper grateful for the penny given to her by a rich overseer, I am grateful for whatever time Crash will allow me to use the Internet. On days like today, the crashes are constant (there have been -- and I've kept track -- 43 crashes and reloads in four hours), and I can't even write an email. I'm not at all confident I'll be able to finish this post before the thing crashes again. It's a problem I've had with three different computers one running Windows 7, the last two Windows 8, which leads me to conclude the problem is endemic to Crash.

I have it up to my eyeballs. Enough is enough. If I can't be offered a solution to this problem, I'm done with Chrome/Crashplayer. Sysiphus had better luck with his rock. Please help! This CANNOT continue.

Thank you
