I put my iPhone pdfs on the Adobe cloud. I want them downloaded to my android phone now. Must be able to view them without Internet. How do I do this?

Running KitKat 4.4.4 cyanogen on OnePlus

Moved from iOS to Android. I don't understand why I can't get these files onto my android phone. All the pdfs were on my iPhone. I thought I'd be able to download them from the cloud onto my android once I installed the app, but no. How to fix?
