Re: Ctrl + 1 does not zoom to 100%

You can check to see if NumLock is on.

If that's not it,

Check your keyboard shortcuts.  In fact when you  open the dialog, hold down your Alt key and when the Cancel button changes to Reset, click on that to set Keyboard Shortcuts to defaults.
