Well, a quick inspection of your code: table based, (severely) old fashioned code base, inline styles and table styling, and so on.
In a nutshell: you will have to start over. The good news is that the design is very simple, and, with the help of a template like Foundation, should not take more than an afternoon to do.
Or install WP with a nice looking theme, and copy and paste all the content. :-)
