Ahhh, there is no "subscription" to Adobe Reader.
Adobe Reader is provided by Adobe as a free download and install for free usage.
Perhaps you have subscribed to Acrobat XI?
Or, perhaps to one of Adobe's online subscription services that are under the acrobat.com umbrella.
