When I got the student subscription I had already purchased the suite at the student rate and had my school verified. When I purchased the creative cloud membership I was given the impression that it was a student rate since I gone through all of the steps to prove I was a student. I feel this was very misleading. I don't recall there even being an offer at $19.99 for anyone but students at the time I switched to creative cloud.
