Contribute CS4 stops responding every time I try to add a link

I recently had to re-install Contribute CS4 when I updated to a new computer and operating system (now on Windows 7). Now, Contribute seems to work fine - until I try to add a link on any page I am editing. Whenever I select the Link button, Contribute will stop responding and will force the software to shut down. Please advise!
