Hi Sam, You can go into the settings and enable the editing.
The reason it is set up to be restrictive though is because they way programs like muse create the sites, yep they look pretty but they are not really functional websites. But you will find this clunkyness trying to use BC as a CMS and creating the site through Muse. Any much more like securezones, eCommerce, blog.... and more will just become increasingly more problematic to say the least.
