I am having issues with saving Photoshop projects that contain RAW files + additional layers to JPEG's that are 17mb or higher. My settings are the same across the board for saves: save, JPEG, Standard (Baseline) 12 - Maximum.
I have one file that I edited in Lightroom and manipulated further in Photoshop. I added a layer along with a curve. Saved it as a JPEG and had a file size of 20mb, approx. I needed to make changes to the original RAW file. I went back to Lightroom, made my changes, re-imported the new file into Photoshop and performed the same functions as the last file and even added a Vibrance layer. I saved the file and was giving a file size of 10mb. I need to have files saved as JPEG with a minimum of 17mb. What am I doing wrong?
I checked with Adobe Help Desk and was told that Photoshop decides on the file size as it sees fit. I need to find a simple solution to skirt this issue and save files in JPEG form in higher mb.
Thank you for any help.
