Actually 4 x 15 core Xeons, so 60 physical cores or 120 logical cores.

You can do even better in a few months, with 4 x Xeon E5-4697 v3 18 core CPU's with 45 MB L3 cache each. So 72 physical and 144 logical cores. Just be patient.
