Epub works on ADE3 but not 4

Hello,

I have an epub that works perfectly on ADE3. But when I try to open it in ADE4 it says "0 page(s) are remaining in this chapter." It's a book that I built with InDesign and then made some modifications to using Sigil.

Any guidance
